Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times within the United States are 7–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@thrivera.io and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
